Since 2010, I've had a passion for helping others, mostly those residing in homeless shelters break through the obstacles towards self-sufficiency.

Desserts-Represents your relationships with others, your interpersonal skills and social life and how you explore your creativity.
Together we will look at your life to create a holistic approach towards improvement and a healthy balance. We will explore your values, beliefs, daily habits and goals. MY COACHING STORY
Helping You Move Forward
I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. The techniques I developed to heal during my time of being homeless and a victim of domestic violence, were so powerful that I start seeing my life transform before my eyes. This motivated me to show others how to transform their pain into stepping stones to heal and to live the life they desire. I have turned my passion for uplifting, serving and helping others into a career. I coach my clients in a way that utilizes their heads, their hearts, their relationship with food and their past hurts and pains.

We will work on effective ways to create and reach goals that are in alignment with who you desire to become through thought provoking activities and coaching sessions.

This course focuses on your relationship with God, your beliefs, your values and your faith. Despite your religion or spiritual beliefs, this course will help you gain an inner peace despite your circumstances. Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.

This course is what make life "sweet" My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle while maintaining healthy relationships with others and enjoying the fruits of your labor.
